Why Scouts?

The Piedmont Scout Tree Lot was founded over 50 years ago by Troop 6 of the Piedmont Scout Coucil.  Over the years it has been guided and nurtured by a dedicated group of Scout leaders, including Kevin Fischer and Dave Ashton, and today it helps support over 1,000 young people making it one of the most robust youth development programs in the Bay Area.  Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturers, Explorers and the Piedmont Language School all benefit from your kind and generous donations.  Thank you and we can't wait to see you at the Scout Tree Lot—online or in person!
